I got tired of dealing with the little plastic cases that Freud router bits come in, they take up space, are a pain to remove and insert the router bits. So, if you have a high instep, you might want to order a half size larger than usual. This bench was super easy to assemble and is very sturdy with lots of shoe storage. Today 5 mile run and controls wouldnt work within 5 minutes of running. I ordered these and when I received them there was only one earbud. Only problem is they didn?t send a set of screws. I have made the strap across her toes as tight as possible but they are still extremely big as well as the shoe size. I was buying a pair for $25 every 4 months because they wore out or break down. I can wear AirPods for a long time, but this is just more comfortable to me. What the heck.
