5 out of 10. One bag has a small assortment of regular first aid items like adhesive bandages, which is nice. I had no help, so I used a bunch of small boxes to lift the hitch near the holes. PROS: Solid toe cap (he always trashes the toes on other runners), thick sturdy sole, keeps his feet dry on days he doesnt have his boots or playing in wet grass, cinch laces with toggle and Velcro closure he can do himself. Would buy these for myself if they had my size, my daughter loves them and finds them very comfortable. Each time I used them battery hasnt run out. They work just as well with my android phone as the do with my HP laptop. Quite good quality of headphones but unfortunately a sound from the microphone cracks precluding conversation. UPDATE: Four months later the yarn is unraveling a bit and looks frayed with normal wear plus the heels on the outside have holes worn in them. They are easy to keep clean, are comfortable and the size fits perfect.
