We ordered two and returned. I have plantar fasciitis which I had physical therapy for after trying other things to reduce pain. I took these on vacation to Orlando where I slept in a room with three other people, which means snoring/breathing/random noises. I was being very careful not to strip it but it did. You can just feel the quality, light on the feet too after a ten hour shift. The Sangean does not have a Synch mode, so I use LSB directly (kind of a manual ECSS, as described above). Son preciosos! Sandals fit well and are super comfortable out of the box. The quality is awesome. These sit comfortable in my ear and the ear-hook slides nicely over the ear.
