My husband says they are the most comfortable slippers hes ever had. They are comfortable and versatile. But mic has no drops or cutoffs. I purchased it in grey which is neutral enough to work with khaki or beige pants. i had to cover them with tape so i could sleep. I had chrome open, 3 tabs I think, and the Word and PPT app, and the zoom app with about 7 connections, only 1 using video. The return and exchange was amazing, easy and quick. A couple of my black pieces had slightly broken edges but due to the timing, I decided not to send the items back for replacement. On my Bell we were not so fortunate. It pops for a few seconds for every song.
