? Using one earbud you can still control either (but not both) back or forward depending on your earbud. The anchors, screws, and wideners are garbage. Do the Chinese have different standards for Phillips-head screws? None of my screwdrivers would fit, and I eventually stripped the slot, which made it a pain in the neck to remove the screw. I purchased this waist trainer I was very excited unfortunately it was too small it didn?t fit just a heads up this waist trainer is true to size I made the mistake of ordering a Small instead of a Medium I?m a 128lbs 5? flat but I?m definitely going to order another one in the correct size I hope this helps with if your trying to purchase one.
