It appears to be hand made, which means there is some variation in how things line up. I missed on my first try but i was able to get it on the second try. If the original tips fits you, save your money. Bought this for my stationary bike, and it works well for that purpose. However, the strap is still too wide and loose. Reading reviews it was the one complaints that made me weary, and Im also going to echo that now that I have it. Hopefully it will stand the test of time , but 5 stars right now for sure ! The phone is great as it very much an upgrade from my S9+ and is intended for use outside the US with the dual sim/esim.
