This product is awesome. The only button still attached, is the one that holds the neck cowl down, however, the neck hole would maybe fit my dog, but theres no way I could get this over my head. I would recommend them to everyone, especially if you have problem feet! The rose gold colored set had multiple nicks in the letter and the black set had chips in the black coating so that silver was showing through. For half the price (refurb), the BTX300 is VERY similar. Glad beads are great! This came up when I was looking for some kind of collar fob for my escapee cats, and since it was significantly cheaper than pet-specific collar fobs, I ordered it. Easy to assemble except screws strip easily. In a telephone call, the microphone was adequate but not extraordinary. I changed it thus there is no longer voice command through the earbud.
