In the end of December 2016 I started StrongLifts 5x5. It requires the speaker cord, a micro-USB. But I use a smart watch usually and control from there so not an issue. Super fashionable. Definitely sending them back! The top part under my bust is kind of loose but tight on my lower parts. Even with a reset angles key, level changes too much too frequently for it to help for more than 5 minutes. Even if you update the firmware or adjust the chat/game balance on the ear controls, it still is unbearable. They are awesome! I am a musician and a nut about sound quality.
