These are exactly what I was looking for, light weight, yet they are not hard, there is some cushioning, and the faux leather is soft. I cant tell if its hardware or software, yet, but it appears to be in the hardware, or int he integral cabling; at some point between the mic itself, the arm, and my computer. Another thing I really like about these headphones is how they look when I am wearing them. To the makers of this product. , sketcher, Clark, or any other shoe ever again. The mouse feet werent designed to fit snug and there are gaps in every foot that could expedite excessive wear on the mouse feet after short use (see the middle ring). (Shhhh. It is quite heavy, as the bottom is made with some heavy duty thick rubber, this is great for durability, as it seems it will last a while. They are incredibly soft and comfortable and fit just as expected. Love the look but foot needs to feel good
