Support and fit: They are a bit high around the ankle for me, so they push back on me during side lunches, but thats okay. So for the last 3 months, I have been using Zen Toe caps. I just really never like it. I also have fairly narrow heels so maybe its just me. I own a pair of chaco sandals so I knew how much support these would have. I typically wear 8 in pumas, sometimes I can rock an 8.
