I ordered 3 pairs. Now the return windows are closed and I?m unsure who to contact to hopefully make this right. Easy to turn the volume up or down and ear buds on and off with just a tap or two. I rarely write reviews, but these are terrible. I am well satisfied with these slippers. The case didnt charge fully. The only reason Im giving 4 stars is the collar does not have inserts for collar stays. The sound on these earbuds is someone hollow sounding were the bass is somewhat unrecognizable and the highs are not crisp at all. The Sennheiser PC 7 headset is a solid product that gets the job done. Ordered my size.
