Overall, the effect it creates, is a very warm tone. Muting the microphone by raising the boom arm is quite a handy feature just as well. I read a lot of reviews suggesting to size down. What I received is a Blue Q brand coin purse, but it is definitely not the Ice Cream Money one, and one that is completely inappropriate for an 11 year old to have at school. Not a decor piece but functions well for shoes, hats, winter accessories,etc. I like the easy removable coax cable, but maybe too easy compared to the shure, it happened to me to diaconnect it by mistake already. They have a pitched low frequency and an pitched high frequency. I have tried several trainers, and sweat belts and nothing holds quite like this. Not a very well thought out hardware & firmware design from a D&I perspective. The only thing keeping the headphone attached to the headband now is the wiring.
