I use these as daily wear, but work from home in an office environment. I am 144lbs and my bf is 235lbs and it holds each of us just fine to do our workouts. The spectrum is far more neutral than most brands at that price, with great articulation throughout the range, and exceptional dynamics. But its not just a book for horse people!
