These will have to go back. I use this for long distance travel and commuting and t is perfect. Its my third; I have grey that was the first 2 years ago, still perfect . I like the powerful aid to hearing & speaking phone use with this wireless bluetooth device. Also, customer service is almost nonexistent with half hour or longer wait times the norm. No zipper, but it is stretchy like stretchy pants are. I bought two different sizes and the soles are completely different. As for game play, its pretty much a first-person shooter on rails. I couldnt make up my mind whether to return it and order a size smaller as I was not sure and it might be too small. The app is easy to use and has a ton of pixel arts to choose from.
