To me it is a miracle. I?m so glad I took it out bc it was a pain! Update 2/24/2019 - Rack has seen a lot of use and still works like a charm. 5mm jack but I prefer the adaptor because it is much easier to adjust the game and chat volume using the adaptor. Didnt want real crocs though. I wanted to love these shoes, because they truly are so pretty and perfect with my wedding dress, but the strap is so flimsy it felt like it was going to rip apart and fly off my foot with each step. I was so excited to get these but I was so disappointed ??. cannot file transfer from phone to computer. This year I purchased the Onyx 5 as a gift and before I gave it away I wanted to compare it. Uses a good bit but well worth it.
