but have to send the 11 back I didnt like the rubber ones that came with the apple watch but the metal band was easy and durable and looked nicer. Oh, and a more or less minor complaint is that the cables are way too stiff and do not hang well. If I could o would get higher heel. Mine happens to have a reinforcing edge making the hitch pin not aligned with the slot unless you remove the washers. I?m normally an 11 in flat sizes but ordered a 12 as I saw recommended/ it was a bit big on me but with a heel cushion (highly recommended these heels are stiff on these shoes) it sits a little tighter now. So I added some foam insulation to keep the shoes in place. Loudness is fair enough(9/10). I read the low star reviews and saw difficulties with putting together, welds, etc. Plastic pieces on either side of the bracket always fall out and need to be pushed back in.
