Although we would love to continue using this road trainer since it works well when there are no issues, we plan to return it to Amazon because as far as I can tell the manufacturer (Alpcour) provides no support for this product. The only thing that worries me is that the strap fixings are all plastic - they look robust - hope they dont break too quickly. Just something for other consumers to be aware of. It was fairly easy for one person to assemble. But I am on the fence on if Ill be buying it again and if I may be returning it. Love the lightweight airy foamy comfort with the the little nubbins to massage your tootsies. I like that the material has great quality for accidental drops and other issues that may happen. The problem I started having about the year 2 mark of owning them were they would lose audio and then come back on 5 seconds later. Especially if you are between sizes. The towel bar does the job it was intended for and you can easily slide towels on and off and hang clothes, wash clothes, etc.
