This product is made of very good quality. I am not really sure that the correct size was considered for shipment. Edit Aug 2019: While Ive used these every day since I got them, and since the sound quality is good, I really appreciate how much these headphones have added to the enjoyment of my life. My bike was just not compatible with the seat. My son needed these to replace a broken one from his headset. they were well packaged, and charged fast. After a week the back part is already collapsed. I love how soft they are and they look cute but definitely did not last long. Mounted them above each other. The pair I ordered did not have an insole and was extremely uncomfortable.
