Thankfully, the pieces are more than explainable by shape, causing little to no confusion as to what was what in the instructions. Disappointed, particularly because theres a lot of positive reviews on this seller. As usual the customer service was great and Amazon made it right. All of the pieces were there, and the instructions were logical and easy to follow. Works well for me on a grocery cart and I have an LGV40. The 9. They were a big hit.
