Update-- on Nov 14th we received a replacement cable from the company. Omg, this bracelet is sooo beautiful, elegant and sparkling. Whatever the case, such a failure on a headset that is essentially brand new is inexcusable. I bought them for my friend?s wedding, and I made it through all day standing in these shoes with very minimal discomfort. The cord itself is nice. Towels stay on easily. This is of course normal and remedied generally by a liner which makes the entire footbed of an even level. I would not but again d/t the fact that they stopped charging and wouldnt turn on after only three times of charging. The sound quality here is honestly like a 15/10. They are as comfortable as wearing sneakers.
