Not really a negative - these phones are described as semi-closed. Works great, no issues. These are very true to size. I really wanted to like this pair of slippers. Been using this for a month now. I used it every time I shampooed my hair for two months straight. I think this one would be perfect for other delicate items such as lingerie. The product is good initially, but gets loose with time. They are made with great quality material. Regardless of what was to supposed physical condition, I immediately purchased it.
