Great quality and easy to fit in the headset. I am a 7-1/2 and should order size 38 based on their size chart - BUT I have always purchased in size 37 and they fit perfectly! Just be careful not to overload the shelves beyond weight limit. Item arrived on timely manner, had missing parts. I?m in love with the Ionic crocs comfort. This will work. I can confidently say Ill be using this mic for quite some time. They just work very nicely. You have to put it together yourself. And in general software part is really well thought.
