I had a bad experience with seller, and so reached out directly to Pikolinos. They came on the following day and worked fine for another 2 weeks or so. The pads are comfy and the arch headband is made of a solid metal which gives strength but is still flexible. I sent them back and crossed my fingers that these would be as good as my old ones, and happily theyre exactly the same! Goes way louder than I can toletate without distortion, very very clean, so if you want loud to make your ears bleed, this is the one to get. I have found when talking on the phone while using the Bluetooth, along with the built-in mic, people say they are noisy. The plastic is soft and flexible and so far good quality. I?ve owned $300 IEMs that didn?t sound anywhere near this good. As soon as I touched them, I knew these were not $100 headphones. It?s easy to put together.
