First of all, the fact that there are claims of arch support is a JOKE. I have done so as directed. They work great for what we wanted and paid. My Garmin picks up notifications so if someone calls while Im running I can look at my watch to see who it is, one touch on either earphone will answer the call or I can decline it with a push of the watch. Not unbearable, but uncomfortable. So if that?s what you need, get non usb mics and invest in a mixer of some kind. Legendary and deserving of all the praise heaped on them. In this recording when I was trying to play music while using the video camera on my phone, pressing the volume button ended then restarted video recording, which is why I had to patch it, and the volume buttons didnt work well with the music. By far my favorite feature remains the ability to pair one earbud with my phone and the other earbud with my work laptop. I weight 178 lbs and I?m 5 1/2 ft tall.
