Im so happy with these shoes! Very soft inside too. The 500 mAh charging case that can charge the headphones several times and can be charged with the USB Type-C cable (included). The even came with a little comb to keep the fur fluffed. 4 stars because it seems like they are the same as the old ones, will give 5 if they pass the phone call test later on this week. However, this didnt interfere with wireless charging. Ours came with one eyelet where the "t" and the fish tail connect but the one where the "l" and "s" connect is not there. Learning to use rollers takes practice, so dont get discouraged. The directions were ok, just a list of numbered parts with counts (count all your physical parts first, before assembling anything) and various pictures (schematics) showing the assembled piece and all the parts that make up that piece, then a schematic of the entire product with all the numbered parts.
