They state the color is cognac but they look red. I started using it within 30 minutes and am happy with the performance. Its an excellent headset for gaming. Within the course of 1 year 2 out of 3 are not working and the one that does work is my sons and that is most likely because he doesnt use them regularly. Sensor on right side to adjust volume, skip or go back a track, answer and hang up a call, cancel no cancelation is just flawless and the speak to chat option is impeccable and innovative. I use it to hang clothes on as I take them out of the dryer. I could see this button design becoming an issue in the future, especially with heavy usage, so rather than replace it, I opted for a refund. The mint green color is sooo cute ?? Overall so happy I purchased these instead of the airpods. I think I was a carpenter in another life because it is superb workman ship. They have a very nice, warm Sherpa inside and keep the feet toasty warm.
