Most sandals just have a flat solel with no support. I just bought this pair, ONLY because the old shoes were a bit stinky and the inside of the shoe at the very back began to wear out. 00 bought locally. It does what its supposed to do, which is stabilize the rack. as i never contacted them, I dont know how?s their service. It strongly muffles passive sounds, like traffic, running water, or a fan. Fit perfectly as expected! Although it?s to be expected from an older figure. Seems like the shoe is made of some type of rubber, but not sure. This probably caused the product to be inadequately cushioned and protected, so the damages make the product look and feel cheaper than it probably is.
