Double tap volume (right up left down) and treble tap skips track (left back, right forward). These are pretty much ideal. Great controller. The elastic on the waist and wrists is a very nice material. This is the second one that I have bought?this is a Christmas gift. While these arent as comfortable as some silicon tips Ive used because they sit ever so slightly deeper in the ear, they take my Jabra Elite 75Ts to a whole other level of sound isolation to where I doubt active noise cancelling would do a much better job. Once I mount the hook onto a stud on the wall I noticed the hook itself keeps tilting once I place my bike on it. Not a bad buy overall. Good, sturdy closet/shelf system. 5, slim foot, I ordered size 4 after reading other reviews and they are perfect.
