These boxes are solid! One wheel is off and it shakes because you can not level it I tried by loosening the wheel a bit, but that made me worry. In addition they have an "arch pillow" that provides exceptional support. This possibly could be unique to my foot. Couldn?t take out the screwed in bolts on the pillars of the scratcher but the hooks fit right over them. You essentially have to pick up the whole thing to get a qtip. It as a premium feel and doesnt add too much bulk to the buds case. Unfortunately, when they are right next to your eyeballs, they are most distracting. truly love this product other than the no pendants! Do know how to find your trusses (or whatever) to hang them from, do not just hang in sheet rock -- they provide sheet rock anchors, but that is just asking for trouble eventually (not the fault of the rack, but hanging anything, especially something that a kid might one day pull a bit hard on, from sheet rock is just asking for an accident).
