Im 158lbs and it moves when I do wide grips. I?m debating returning this because I can?t get over how short it is! One tip I can provide if you buy this product is when you are winding the cord around and you find the plug doesnt line up perfectly with one of the slots in the center, just unwind a few inches and wind it higher or lower around the center to get a new position. For the screw tightening I had one peg that was striped. Anyway, I loved it. The right one not so much. ?? I love these so much and finally found them after searching forever! Unfortunately they are too big, way too big. So over all. Now it fits perfectly.
