It seems like a jackpot if something arrives in a working or undamaged state Could not hold a pair of shoes in each slot only 1 shoe. I absolutely love these shoes . Was not hard to put together. Great memory kit, a little on the expensive side compared with some other manufacturers, but nothing too crazy, easy to install, easy to activate the XMP profiles. This one is a keeper. I had a hard time finding the right slippers, but I am glad I found these. On the other hand they were OK for drowning out common noise, simple background noise, telly and normal talking at higher volumes. Didn?t stay in wall. Also improved, although a small thing, the cover hinges insert with some resistance into the plinth sockets, therefore wont as easily fall out when removing the cover.
