I order my normal size and it did fit but the straps around my toes was a bit smug but that?s because I have wide fat lil feet lol but they were really cute husband loved them Fitting involves pulling gently on the earlobe to open the ear canal and finding the right angle to slide the silicone dome in for a good bass seal. It doesn?t fit if you have a good case on your phone and if you get an extender jack to use the slightest bump will disconnect it. I absolutely love this waist trimmer!
