But just this week I started having technical issues I was using ambient mode when the earbuds suddenly shut off and shutdown the ambient mode, the earbuds also reset themselves and I had to re-pair them with my phone. I thought Id give these E90 models a shot. So day 1, I open the box and plug the headset in via the cable (which is micro-USB in 2019, not USB-C because Sennheiser was too cheap to pay the licensing fee) and it says theres a firmware update.
