Considering that it took this long, I think it may not be an isolated incident. I dont recall these saying they were noise cancelling, but I had the tv on relatively loud and couldnt hear it at all. Each has its place. It will also hold a box of matches. This is now my primary headset and it now works flawlessly. - Earpieces fold up into the headband but cannot twist to lay flat. It works great for what I wanted it for. I bought this power strip for price and surge protection the number of joules 2100 is high for this price. Toilet paper rolls do not fit. They do come from England, though, so allow time for delivery.
