I have a moderately high arch and these do not have arch support, but I already knew that. Workz amazing for my ps4. These are sized just slightly smaller than the unisex sizing. in their sleep. I was going to pick up the $90 Cowins, but then I saw this. These are great shoes for me & I would definitely buy again. Someone mentioned you could use these for dips I suppose you could but I would be worried of my cage tilting over. I ordered this one cuz my old one was broken really bad. They look nice and easy to install. Had to modify it.
