I often have very cold feet and normally wear socks around the clock, including when I wear house slippers. He doesnt have to do that as they are indoor/outdoor soles but he just wants to preserve them. These slippers have actually changed my life! They fit me correctly, but the heel slipped. I wear an 8 in l my shoes so really thought I couldnt go wrong. The rear bar is placed between the two holes for the recommended spacing from Kia and it was a little tight, but fit fine. Bottom hanging section is useless unless hanging shorts. After a week of medium usage, I was plagued with the issue others stated in reviews of the intermittent double clicks. The shark fins for ear support could be more comfortable. Order another?
