Most people purchase this type of mount to attach a light or a bike computer, things that weigh a couple of Ozs. Wore them on a day trip to a creek and hiking through a lava cave and up and down stairs. Takes a couple days to break in, but once it molds to your feet its the best flip flop you will ever own! Honestly, theres no way I couldve done it manually. If you have super wide feet, I wouldn?t buy regular! But when I opened it I quickly realized that it just vacuumed packed.
