Weve tried a variety of charging docks. This would be a 5 star if the lag bolts were higher quality but overall this is still a great unit and I would recommend it. Update : I contacted JBL and they are replacing the unit under the warranty. They dont have that bulky croc look, nor the heavy toes that I used to trip over when tired. look forward to using it. The straps are wide enough for support but not to bulky. They do break after a relatively short time so need replacing regularly however my daughter likes them and we re order when necessary They are beyond expectations. Not by much, maybe 1/4? total. I contact customer support to see if they are covered by the warranty.
