Easy control with the Bose app for me, no complaints. I took a chance with a new company as there werent many options available and Im glad I did. Great idea, but the design needs some fine tuning in order to allow the use of eyeglasses while wearing the headphones. God, I LOVE THIS THING! Its roomy and fits everything nice and not too snugged. DURABILITY IN USE : 8/10 - Having begun using it only recently, it is currently very durable for loads of up to 10-15 lbs, but the nuts-and-bolts of the top stay bracket-rods only sets the rack-position, and CANNOT permanently LOCK the rack position if it is regularly used for heavier loads. The only con I see is that in trying to size up from her previous crocs (different design) is as if i never did.
