Playstation doesnt have an answer other than, "You redeemed it, all looks good". Logitech really have lost the plot. It is really nice otherwise. I would definitely suggest sizing at least a half size up. )-The app works fine (I happen to have an android tablet so i can download new firmware updates and change the noise cancellation settings. She seemed pleased with them. I am going to order another pair because if these ever break (which I dont think they will as they are very well made and study) I will be lost without another pair! If featherweight is your main goal - this may not be for you. Worst Amazon product I?ve ever bought. I love this product and i have bought it for second time.
