I was able to duplicate the problem on my phone which is a Google Pixel 2 XL. The title of these shoes are exactly what they are! Very comfy and look hardy. Held my Moto Z Play with no shaking. Connectivity is quite simple, the design is nice. I am very happy with this product! I should have done the 11! Supplied mounting screws surprised me. Or if the measurements are off for this product. Unlike some of the reviewers here, I have a large ankle that makes finding ankle strap shoes or sandals that fit me VERY difficult.
