Just look at the pictures. Just wash, dry and reapply. I noticed some minor chafing on my left shoulder, so next time Ill use body glide there before I run. The cups fit my bigger ears nicely - but if its really hot you may feel it after a while - but only when its quite hot. If you drill proper holes and reverse the spacers, its easy. But I knew that when I bought them. All that being said im not sure how long they will last. These are just wonderful! If you don?t print a lot of stuff and can handle the 15 page limit then go ahead and get this printer I guess.
