They are usually pretty hardy and all terrain. Friends who have bought from them rave about customer service as well. Fancy packaging and easy to read instructions in English. They also come very padded and are super comfortable to wear. so I was hesitant on ordering this for one particular reason and what I dreaded is the issue I have now. The headband with the white underside is the replacement I purchased and the other one is the original from my Beats It is all you need and should take you no more than 15 minutes once all the pieces are out of the packaging. Good sturdy lock, Bought after i had a chain lock broken and a bike stolen, so far no stolen bike so liking this lock. All that being said, this rack is economical, extremely sturdy and works perfectly in the small space where I need it. Its also pretty awesome not to slip around anymore.
