Included in the package: protective case/bag, 2 chords (usb connector, and aux). I have the bench safety pins set at hole #6 from the floor (my bench is 20? high) and squat at hole #8. The assembly was super easy and nothing complicated at all. It also made my torso itch after sweating so I wore a tank top underneath and then it started bleeding black onto my tanks. I find the watch charger to be in an awkward location. I have a baby blanket made from the same material and these shoes remind me of that blanket. It also syncs with Google Fit if you open the Mi Fit app and go into accounts and add Google Fit. I love it. Lovely and comfy. Great support and really feels comfortable.
