These mounts are made of thick metal and are strong. This seems well built, I have two Olympic bars and two 1" bars hanging in it. Be careful because some adapters can lower the volume. Fit is just a tad bigger than norm. I bought these thinking they would be handy when I ride my mountain bike. The material appears to be reprocessed fabric assembled with flimsy thread and greatly overpriced. 1st thing yes the nuts and bolts will be loose but if you use tools recommended or just 2 wrenches in combination (1 for back bolt and 1 for the front at same time the bolts can be tightened) its not science. Its just tall enough to cover my ankles to keep them warm, but not so tall as to feel awkward. Bought for my wedding, wore then for less then half the day because they were tight. This is my regular and solitary exercise during these difficult times.
