Finally I called again and they once again wanted me to go through the steps to fix it and I explained that we had already done all that so guess what - they referred it to a higher tech person. I was skeptical but I needed something for my belly. My son borrows it to use in his truck going down the highway with windows open and he definitely likes it. Bags great/scissors crap. Overall it seems well made, however there are a few manhole drawbacks. I will give two more stars for the effort there and will give them credit for a defect explaining my troubles. It comes with supplied cords, one for audio, one for charging. This is a wonderful adjustable clothing rack! l box to cover the product when it is delivered.
