It is easy to use and sturdy so far. Recently, one of my two Sony controllers stopped working so I decided to look for a non-Sony controller to replace it as I did not want to spend a lot of money when it would only serve as a backup to my one still functioning Sony controller. Problem solved, but unscrewing the cover to adjust the length was in no way noted in the instructions. The speaker is so loud almost as loud like my UE boom(but the UE boom doesnt even charge my phone) . Just feel for it and make sure it is pointing down or, better yet, slightly angled towards your mouth for best results. Very soft and cozy slippers, I ordered the pink which is a cute color. ?? Anyway When I use the control it made the up button roll down & the down button go up. CheapIts a decent little rack for holding Id say no more than 2kg. I ordered the Navy color but am planning to order several other colors. It pairs faster and the connection doesnt break (the Bose connection broke all the time).
