I have a lot of loud family so I was eager to just buy a pair of cheap earbuds. fan works well, but still a moderate amount of heat comes off the PS4 when playing awhile. I find the clip really useful as I can have the case handy when using the headphones; when stored, the case is safely clipped inside my backpack or keeps it from falling out of my pocket. How nice to not have to hear LeapPad sounds effects on long car trips! I was so happy that they fit so well, too. they offer enough support and yet they are very comfortable. One of the great feature which came as surprise to me was that it can control camera too. I guess it depends on the size of your shoes.
