-shortest length is still too largeoverall a good headset, but i have returned mine as it would not fit correctly at the shortest length options. Second, and I did not realize this until I received them, this comes with a 21" extension cable. But so far it has held up fine. While not the prettiest solution it was by far the cheapest and has given me a ton of storage for less than $15. It might be a little difficult to do but may be worth it especially if you value the paint job of your frame. The metal is strong. Im hoping these last just as long or longer than the last pair did.
