Customer service was great and refunded me immediately so thats 5 star. Good thing I had noticed otherwise they would have been long gone. Second pair since Christmas ?? The only change I may attempt is the addition on a blade to cut the stem oof the fruit. This pair totally died after about 3 months. 4 instead of 5 stars is because I feel the these are pushing the upper price limit for a pair of sandals and for the fastening difficulty, Thats just the nature of these waxed laces. While the quality was very good, I returned them due to the lack of fitting correctly. Suffered all day and all night, finally breaking down and purchasing foam flip-flops from a gift shop to get some relief. theyre a fashion sneaker that feels better than some of my running shoes.
