I usually wear waist trainers but needed something that would target my arms and back. I wore them with socks for one day to protect my legs but after all my online research and careful consideration, I really don?t want to wear socks in these! The extra cushion soles are absolutely brilliant, and oh so comfortable, but the straps are not what I would ever have expected from reef flip-flops.
